Returns
Start a ReturnYour satisfaction with Obagi® products is very important to us and we strive to provide you with only the best product and purchase experience. You should note that this Return Policy applies only if you have purchased your product from Obagi.com. If you have purchased a product at a physician’s office, you should check with the physician about their return policy, which will apply to your purchase.
Purchases made through this Site have the option of returning any unused/unopened product for a refund within 30 days of the shipment date stated on the invoice.
To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), please utilize the link above to initiate your return. You will require your order number and email to start a return. Please select the items you wish to return, select the reason for the return, and any additional comments.
If a return authorization is granted, you have up to 7 days to ship your return. If you do not ship within 7 days, your shipping label will expire, and you will need to initiate another return. Please follow the prompts to create your return label and drop off at an authorized UPS location. Once the item(s) is received, you will receive a Return Confirmation email, and pending review, you will be issued a refund to the original form of payment. Shipping costs are not refundable. Samples may not be returned. We ask that you allow up to 7-10 business days for the credit process to reflect in your account.

Items received more than 30 days after purchase date or that have been opened may not be returned.
